I took my recumbent out for a 3 hour experience on a good looking spring day. It was largely brisk cruising, northeast of Morgan Hill on the Coyote Creek path, then I crossed over to the northwest aspect within the Coyote valley and out an again subsequent to the Santa Teresa foothills. On the way in which again I did some increased depth intervals.
