Only a fast good day however I needed to place down a number of photos and issues from the day as a result of they’re so memorable. I really like going again by journey posts and so I believed I’d share a number of issues from yesterday right here…

We met up with the group (aka the nicest individuals ever) for the day.

We toured the Citadel District and it was fabulous. We have now skilled essentially the most good climate whereas we now have been right here.

I simply want the children to fly right here and be with us and keep for lots longer.

After which we went to the expo! My first worldwide expo.

A number of observations from the top of the 5k yesterday…

Each race wants this on the end line! Washing the gel and drinks off of our faces and fingers after a race asap = good.

Lots of people had been consuming bowls of salad that they had been passing out after the race. I’ve by no means seen that!

They didn’t give us luggage for our shirt, pins and bib which was a primary for me at an expo.

Their bag drop space had every thing hanging up and arranged completely.

My face harm from smiling a lot.

We undoubtedly carbed up and I even tried the squid ink pasta…

I can not consider how a lot enjoyable I’m having doing this all abroad.
