Transformation of the Day: Angela lost 32 pounds. After seeing her friend’s success, she started working with the same weight loss coach. Making practical changes, like eating more vegetables and working out daily, transformed her life.

What was your motivation? A friend of mine was following , and I became interested. I was motivated when I saw the before-and-after pictures. Actually, I was amazed!

What inspired you to keep going, even when you wanted to give up? I’m a diabetic, and I was trying to come up with a plan on my own. However, I was unsuccessful. 

I had been a diabetic for seventeen years, and my diabetes was uncontrolled. So, when I saw the progress my friend was making on Terry’s program, I decided to try it.

How did you change your eating habits? Once I saw the first meal plan in the program, it sparked my interest even more. Terry gave me a specific plan. wasn’t eating many vegetables before, but this menu was inviting to me. I just got started without hesitation.

The program was simple for me. Terry introduced me to eating plenty of vegetables, no fried foods, and no sugar. I ate five small meals a day. 

Before I started the program, I was eating chicken. Since I’ve been on the program, I have become a vegetarian. 

What is your workout routine? (Cardio, weight training, Zumba, etc.) Terry encouraged me to work out consistently. Now, I do two thirty-five-minute workouts each day. 

What was your starting weight?  What is your current weight? My starting weight was 234 pounds, and my current weight is 202 pounds

What is your height? I’m 5 feet, 2 inches tall.

When did you start your journey? How long did your transformation take? I started my journey on January 22, 2024. I lost 30 lbs in seven weeks. 

Is weight loss surgery part of your journey? No surgery, just hard work.

What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far?  showed me that by eating five small meals a day, that habit would boost my metabolism and give me energy. I have found that to be true. 

What advice do you have for women who want to lose weight? My advice is to be obedient and discipline yourself. You can be successful by being patient. You didn’t gain the weight overnight, so you’re not going to lose it overnight.
